Diagnosis Phase

At this stage, we identify the possible loopholes in your business that result in your organization’s below average performance.

LOGIC  Consultants will be provided access to the client's facility to evaluate the operational parameters, conducting an eight-dimension audit defining the company's level of competitiveness.

Our task force will undertake the following responsibilities:

  They will perform a gap analysis to evaluate competitiveness and list     down the places where there is scope of improvement within the     organization.

  Product and information flows are captured using value stream maps &     our QPCD module to support our results.

  To provide a basis for monitoring and evaluating the project, Key     Performance Indicators (KPIs) are defined and measured in the     Diagnose phase.

  The agreed set of KPIs will align with corporate KPI ramework, for     example those established in the Balanced Score Card.

  Our team will then establish the specifications for the To-Be situation,     with SMART targets for each KPI. KPIs typically fall under six major     strategic perational objectives ie. Safety, cost, quality, productivity and     morale.
